You have registered for the French Bocking Contest and the date is getting close… On September 25th & 26th, we will at last be together for a crazy weekend!

 

Please read this message carefully as it contains important details.

 

Accommodation: Friday night

Foreign participants who arrive on Friday night will be welcomed at the following address:

Centre St Martin, 3 rue de l'église, Sarrebourg 57400 (http://tiny.cc/cfsm).

Campers will be welcomed at the same address. Don’t forget your tent and sleeping bag!

 

Accommodation: Saturday

For all the other participants, access to housing will be open from Saturday, 9.00 am.

Most of our foreign guests will sleep (maybe!) at the Centre St Martin (http://tiny.cc/cfsm).

Official opening

The event itself will start at 11.30 am at the Centre Socio Culturel of Sarrebourg.

Cars will leave the different accommodation sites at 11.00 am.

 

Payments

Please inform us of any changes or cancellations as soon as possible!

If you have not paid for your registration yet, you can either pay now online (see http://tiny.cc/FrenchBockingContest) or bring the cash. Payment on arrival only.

 

Saturday night!

The big party will be held in Sarrebourg’s best club, L’Embuscade. More information about the event on Facebook, where you can indicate you are attending:

Freestyle act

Participants who would like to perform a freestyle choreography (individually or as a group), are invited to bring the music and props they need.

La date de notre évènement arrive à grand pas... Les 25/26 septembre prochain, nous serons enfin tous réunis pour vivre un weekend de folie !

Hébergement : vendredi soir

- Dès le vendredi sont attendues les personnes qui viennent de l'étranger au 03 rue de l'église à Sarrebourg 57400 (http://tiny.cc/cfsm).

- Les personnes inscrites en camping sont attendues à la même adresse.... ! N'oubliez surtout pas votre tente et votre duvet !

 

Hébergement : samedi

Concernant les autres inscrits, vous pourrez accéder à votre logement dés le samedi matin à 09h00.

Lancement officiel

Vous êtes tous attendus le 25 septembre entre 11h00 et 11h30 au centre socio culturel de Sarrebourg pour le début des festivités !  Des départs groupés se feront à 11h00 de chaque lieu d'hébergement ! 

 

Paiement

Pour les personnes n'ayant pas encore payé, merci de préparer vos règlements en espèce ou en chèque à l'ordre du Foyer de Hoff, ils devront nous être remis dès votre arrivée au centre socio culturel.

La fin de soirée du 25/26 se fera finalement ici : (http://tiny.cc/s259s), vous pouvez si vous le désirez indiquer votre présence sur le mur de l'évènement.

 

Chorégraphie

Les personnes désireuses de nous présenter des chorégraphies individuelles ou collectives durant le weekend peuvent ramener leurs musiques et leurs matériels !
